JP founded Filmlites Montana in 1990. A veteran lighting designer, gaffer & grip, JP has worked on just about every commercial or film production that's come through Montana for the last fifteen years.

Ian Lyman - Co-Owner

A recent graduate of Montana State University's film school, Ian started life as a graphic designer and co-founder of a software company. Today Ian helps keep things at Filmlites running while operating a production company with his wife Caitlin.

Jason McKnight - Office Manager

Jason does it all, from answering the phones to loading the trucks. A veteren gaffer and grip, Jason has been with Filmlites for five years and worked on numerous commercial and feature film shoots.
